Supreme Injustice:|
The time that we have all been dreading is coming to pass. With the retirement of Sandra Day O'Connor and William Rehnquist, George W. Bush has the opportunity to pack the Supreme Court with anti-choice, anti-liberty, regressive nominees. Bush's choices for Supreme Court justice and chief justice are sure to mark an agenda of supreme injustice. Such nominations mean a return to back alley abortions. They mean that the government will make what happens in your bedroom its business. They mean an increase in conservative fundamentalist religious control over American laws. They mean that your personal freedom and the historical commitment to liberty in the United States are imperiled. Confirm these judges? No! For the sake of this nation's continuing experiment in liberty, No! No anti-Constitution, un-American nominee must be allowed to take a lifetime seat on the highest court in the land. It is not too late.
